We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous HR Coordinator to join our bustling HR department at Windsor Forest Colleges Group on a full time maternity cover basis beginning November 2025 for up to one year. What You\'ll Do
  • Own It: Manage payroll administrative changes with precision using iTrent, including contractual variations and tracking staff absences.
  • Close the Loop: Handle the processing of leavers, from issuing letters to finalising annual leave calculations.
  • Be the Hub: Keep our HR inbox tidy and responsive, directing queries to the right places and ensuring no question goes unanswered.
  • Team Coordination: Manage submissions to the Executive Team and spearhead necessary follow-up actions.
  • Record Keeper: Take detailed minutes in meetings and maintain personnel files in line with GDPR standards.
  • Communications Pro: Answer calls, manage postal queries, and respond to reference requests.
  • Support System: Assist our recruitment team during peak times, from handling new starter paperwork to conducting DBS checks.
  • Projects: Support our HR Business Partners in various projects, showing your versatility and collaborative spirit.
