HR Coordinator â Maternity Cover

We are looking for a dynamic and meticulous HR Coordinatorto join our bustling HR department at Windsor Forest Colleges Group on a full time maternity cover basis beginning November 2025 for up to one year. This is not just any HR role, it's a chance to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do:
Own It: Manage payroll administrative changes with precision using iTrent, including contractual variations and tracking staff absences.

Close the Loop: Handle the processing of leavers, from issuing letters to finalising annual leave calculations.

Be the Hub: Keep our HR inbox tidy and responsive, directing queries to the right places and ensuring no question goes unanswered.

Team Coordination:Manage submissions to the Executive Team and spearhead necessary follow-up actions.

Record Keeper:Take detailed minutes in meetings and maintain personnel files in line with GDPR standards.

Communications Pro: Answer calls, manage postal queries, and respond to reference requests.

Support System: Assist our recruitment team during peak times, from handling new starter paperwork to conducting DBS checks

Projects: Support our HR Business Partners in various projects, showing your versatility and collaborative spirit.

Who You Are:
