We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team on a short-term basis to support the high-volume hiring of Christmas Helpers across our Retail Stores.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our new seasonal hires during our busiest time of year.
What You’ll Be Doing
Process incoming hires initiated by Store Managers in Workday, ensuring all checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and issue employment contracts for new Christmas Helpers.
Manage high-volume HR administration tasks within agreed SLAs including, right-to-work checks via TrustID and reference checks.
Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure new starters are set up correctly.
Manage your own workload effectively.
Collaborate with the wider HR Operations team to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process.
What We’re Looking For
Previous HR administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong working knowledge of Workday or a similar HRIS (minimum 2 years).
Comfortable working at pace and managing high volumes of data and documentation.
Excellent attention to detail, written communication, and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office (One Drive) & DocuSign.
A team player with a sense of empathy, and a strong work ethic.
