Job Description

  • Assisting with the recruitment process by liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records.
  • Supporting onboarding initiatives for new hires.
  • Assisting with HR-related inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Collaborating with the HR department to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Assisting in the performance management and employee evaluation process.
  • Managing HR documents and employee records in accordance with privacy regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
