We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our busy team at Upminster. After probation there is the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days per week.

You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and tailored HR administration service therefore previous experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is a must.

You'll be arranging investigations, disciplinaries and grievance hearings and often need to take minutes of those meetings. You will also be responsible for managing short term absence cases and probation periods.

Previous experience of administration and using systems is a must, as a major part of the role will be producing regular & ad-hoc reports and working proactively to use data in support of team objectives & the identification of trends.

Whilst it can be demanding at times, the right candidate for this role will be able to deal and thrive under the pressure of a busy workload. You'll be able to keep up with the fast-paced environment and changes within the business as we grow.

To be successful you will be inquisitive, detail-orientated, proactive, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

You should have the ability to work in a stand-alone position and to manage your own diary to support the business needs, successfully prioritising your own workload.

CIPD Level 3 is prerred, but not essential and ideally you will be of graduate-calibre with a higher educational qualification
