HR Coordinator

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Location: London (hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days at home)

Remuneration: £16 - £18 per hour

Contract Details: 3 months Temporary

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (flexibility needed due to working across different time zones)

Are you an enthusiastic HR professional ready to take charge? Our client is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for HR processes, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to create and edit job descriptions.
  2. Advertise roles and liaise with the reward team to price positions competitively.
  3. Post job ads on various job boards to attract top talent.
  4. Share candidate applications with hiring managers and conduct screenings if experienced.
  5. Organise and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates.
  6. Manage the journey from interview to offer stage, working closely with hiring managers.
  7. Generate employment contracts and handle right to work checks and references.
  8. Create and maintain records on the HR platform for new starters and share onboarding details with payroll.
  9. Oversee terms and conditions of employment and manage offboarding processes within the UK.
  10. Stay updated on UK employment laws to provide accurate HR advice.
  11. Support global managers with HR queries, leveraging the supportive HR team.
  12. Manage HR system data effectively and maintain the HR inbox.
  13. Assist with ad-hoc requests, including processing annual leave forms.

Experience/Skill Set:

  1. Strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
  2. Ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks independently.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time management.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Flexibility to work across time zones in a global setting.
  7. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, while also being a team player.
  8. Strong integrity, reliability, and a keen attention to detail.

In this stand-alone role, you will work alongside the Finance Manager and Lead HR Advisor, ensuring seamless HR operations. Your ability to prioritise tasks and communicate effectively will be key to your success.
