Due to continued investment in the team, CWA is recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator or Assistant to join as an HR Coordinator. Our HR team provides essential support across the college, from recruitment to retirement. This varied role involves high-quality administrative support related to onboarding, absence management, probation, and advising on HR processes. The successful candidate will offer frontline support to colleagues and external contacts, ensuring queries are handled efficiently. Attention to detail is crucial. This role offers excellent development opportunities in HR and skill acquisition. A Level 3 CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential; support for a Level 3 apprenticeship in HR support is available.
