Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Support various HR-related projects and initiatives
Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies and benefits
Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and training sessions
Assist the HR team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
