We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our busy team at Upminster. After probation, there is the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
You will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive and tailored HR administration service; therefore, previous experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is a must.
You’ll be arranging investigations, disciplinaries, and grievance hearings and often need to take minutes of those meetings. You will also be responsible for managing short-term absence cases and probation periods.
Previous experience in administration and using systems is essential, as a major part of the role will be producing regular & ad-hoc reports and working proactively to use data in support of team objectives & the identification of trends.
While it can be demanding at times, the right candidate for this role will be able to deal with and thrive under the pressure of a busy workload. You’ll be able to keep up with the fast-paced environment and changes within the business as we grow.
To be successful, you will be inquisitive, detail-oriented, proactive, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
You should have the ability to work in a stand-alone position and to manage your own diary to support the business needs, successfully prioritizing your own workload.
CIPD Level 3 is preferred but not essential, and ideally, you will be of graduate caliber with a higher educational qualification.
