  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and managers
  • Assist in employee relations cases, offering guidance to line managers
  • Contribute to change management processes, including contractual changes, redundancy consultations, and settlement agreements
  • Deliver in-house training on HR topics to managers and team leads
  • Represent HR at town halls, employee forums, and internal communications
  • Support wider HR projects, including policy updates, new system rollouts, and culture-building initiatives
  • Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Lead rollouts of new HR policies, ensuring understanding and adoption across the workforce

  • CIPD Level 3 qualification (minimum), with a good grasp of UK employment law
  • Demonstrable HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel to support operations in Glasgow and Cardiff
