Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) Daventry are looking for a flexible, proactive, reliable, and collaborative
HR Coordinator to play a vital part in delivering efficient, people-focused HR services.

As HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our HR function, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and much more. Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support across all areas of HR administration and operations
- Manage the full recruitment process: drafting job ads, arranging interviews, and onboarding new starters
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data protection compliance
- Coordinate training activities and track learning outcomes
- Administer employee benefits and pension schemes, answering queries promptly
- Support performance management cycles and development planning
- Produce regular HR reports and documentation for leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, employment law, and regulatory standards
- Organise internal HR events and engagement initiatives
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and managers
- Assist in employee relations cases, offering guidance to line managers
- Contribute to change management processes, including contractual changes, redundancy consultations, and settlement agreements
- Deliver in-house training on HR topics to managers and team leads
- Represent HR at town halls, employee forums, and internal communications
- Support wider HR projects, including policy updates, new system rollouts, and culture-building initiatives
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practices
- Lead rollouts of new HR policies, ensuring understanding and adoption across the workforce
What We Are Looking For
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (minimum), with a good grasp of UK employment law
- Demonstrable HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Discretion, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality
- Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to occasionally travel to support operations in Glasgow and Cardiff
