Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experiencedHR Coordinatoron a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse HR environment, supporting a range of initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

The Role:

The HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive support across HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits. You will also play a key role in HR systems management, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee onboarding and induction for new employees
  • Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies and best practice
  • Assist with first-stage employee relations cases and ensure compliance with employment law
  • Coordinate training programmes and support learning and development initiatives
  • Support compensation and benefits administration, including renewals and pension governance
  • Prepare monthly HR dashboards, workforce planning reports and ad hoc analytics
  • Maintain accurate HR processes, procedures and ensure compliance with audits
  • Manage HR systems (HRIS), data accuracy, and monthly payroll checks
  • Collaborate with HR People Partners and Business Partners on key HR initiatives

The Candidate:

  • Significant experience in HR or payroll-related functions
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and employment law
  • Proficiency in HR software, HRIS, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
