The Role

Job Title: HR Coordinator
Permanent
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000
Location: London – Hybrid working

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • HR Duties:
    • Day-to-day support to the wider HR team, from event planning, initiatives, employee engagement and general support
    • Liaising with HRBP's updating and maintaining accurate and up to date data (Workday)
    • Assisting with employee engagement surveys
    • Taking ownership of scheduling HR processes (performance reviews, pay cycles, promotion processing +++)
  • Temporary Staffing Coordination
    • Managing and monitoring temporary working calendars
    • Supporting line managers, stakeholders and individuals requiring temporary staffing support
    • Plan cover assignments
    • Liaise with external vendors to provide temporary support
    • Source and recruit talent for temporary assignments
    • Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding and off boarding temporary and contingent workers
