HR Coordinator (R10184971) Cheltenham, England

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective administrative support and assistance to the HR Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Provides effective and dedicated administrative support to all the HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HRBP and HR Operations.

Support the HR Operations Manager to produce a variety of regular and ad hoc HR and recruitment reports from the HRIS, absence and payroll system and RPO as required.

Support on all Workday system related development in the UK by carrying out any testing required thoroughly and efficiently within set timescales and assisting in the effective communication of relevant updates to the wider HR Team and business if relevant.

Support the team with the development of presentations.

Issue approved departmental HR communications to the wider business.

Organise and schedule internal/external meetings, including collective scheduling, the reservation of meeting rooms and associated requirements (such as equipment, stationery, connectivity arrangements)

Prepare meeting agendas, ensuring follow up on tasks and take minutes as required

Assist with organisation and delivery, when required, of in-house/off-site HR activities such as induction and early careers experience days

Manage and update employee records, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Assist in the development and administration of HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and well-being programme.

Assists with the creation of Purchase Requisitions for payment of recruitment fees and other HR activities.

Co-ordinates and provide administrative support for any project activity and delivery for the wider HR team.

Assist with policy and procedure development.

Update and maintain the Human Resources Intranet page (HR Online).

Monitor and follow up on completion of all mandatory training, workshops and other employee development activities.

Support in the coordination and delivery of knowledge sessions to Line Managers.

Support with audits and quality reviews to ensure data accuracy and adherence to policy and procedures.

Administer employee benefits programme and assist in the enrolment processes.

Provide support in processing monthly payroll.

Person Specification

Significant and demonstrable administrative experience

Ownership of data ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely delivery.

GCSE grades A to C / 5-7 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.

Desirable qualifications / experience:

Experience of the full employee lifecycle within an HR role.

CIPD Diploma in Human Resources Practice (Foundation) Level 3 (or equivalent) or a willingness to study.
