The primary purpose of this role is to provide effective administrative support to the HR Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated administrative support to HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HRBP, and HR Operations.
  • Assist the HR Operations Manager in producing HR and recruitment reports from HRIS, absence, payroll systems, and RPO.
  • Support development and testing of all Workday system updates in the UK, ensuring timely communication to the HR team and business.
  • Support the creation of presentations and issue departmental HR communications.
  • Organise meetings, reserve rooms, and prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Assist in organising HR activities such as induction and early careers days.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives, employee engagement, and wellbeing programs.
  • Support the creation of Purchase Requisitions for HR-related payments.
  • Coordinate project activities and support policy development.
  • Update the HR Intranet page and monitor mandatory training completion.
  • Support knowledge sessions for Line Managers and assist with audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Administer employee benefits and support payroll processing.

Person Specification

  • Significant administrative experience.
  • Ownership of data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • GCSE grades A-C / 5-7 in English and Mathematics.
  • Desirable: Experience of the full employee lifecycle, CIPD Level 3 or willingness to study.
