Our expanding Multi-Academy Trust supports schools with a full range of recruitment, HR support, and payroll services. This is a fast-paced and varied role that will expose you to the full spectrum of HR functions.As the HR Coordinator, you will predominantly lead the front end of talent acquisition, working closely with staff at all levels across our schools. You'll drive innovative recruitment campaigns, explore new advertising strategies, and maintain our strong online presence. If you're social media-savvy and ready to embrace technology in recruitment, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:- HR Administration: Administer new starters, leavers, and contractual changes while ensuring compliance with TiLA policies and data protection regulations, including DBS checks.- Recruitment Leadership: Lead and manage the Trust’s recruitment process, from advertising roles to supporting interviews and completing recruitment checks in line with DfE guidance.
