We are currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator with a background in the manufacturing sector. If you have a proven track record in HR and are looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you! This full-time position is based in Avonmouth, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000.

Hours:

Mon - Thurs: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 1:30 pm

Main Duties:

  • Assist with employee lifecycles, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, and inductions.
  • General HR administration, such as processing personnel files, GDPR, and right-to-work documents.
  • Monitor and review employee absences.
  • Provide support and advice on all people-related matters, including performance, disciplinaries, and grievances.
  • Coordinate training and support for all apprentices.

Skills Required:
  • Previous experience as an HR Coordinator, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and policies, with up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience handling employee relations.
