A leading educational network is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to support schools in Essex with HR operations. This full-time role offers a hybrid work environment and requires strong organisational skills, HR experience, and a commitment to safeguarding. The ideal candidate will manage HR documentation and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - plus generous AL entitlement of 33 days, plus Bank Holidays
Location: Hybrid - remote working and office based (3 days per week or equivalent for part time) within either the South Eastern Regional Office at Greensward Academy (Hockley) or North Eastern Regional Office at New Rickstones Academy (Witham) with travel to academies as required.

New Rickstones Academy is a co-educational 11-19 comprehensive, part of Lift Schools. We have approximately 135 staff.
The school has modern, state of the art building offering a first class learning and working environment to students and staff. The main building opened in 2012 and a new 2-storey building was added in September 2022 to accommodate our rapidly increasing popularity and student numbers. This success is also evident in our increasing published admission number (PAN), up to 240 from 180 since September 2022.
