Role: Human Resources Coordinator
Location:

Reports to:
HR Manager

We are seeking talented individuals to join our growing team!

CONVERGIX Automation Solutions leverages the strengths, experience, and capabilities of our existing businesses, along with new talent, to transform and grow into the ultimate automation solutions trusted partner, capable of solving any industrial automation challenge.

Due to growth at Convergix Automation UK, we are looking for a highly organised, people focussed administrator to join our HR team. Your primary focus will be supporting the HR Manager with HR operations as we continue to expand our UK team.

What will a typical day look like?

  • Support the HR Manager with general administration duties
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including; digitising paper files
  • Providing administrative support for the immigration process
  • Coordinating employee onboarding, including organising paperwork and inductions, and supporting employees during their probationary period - ensuring a smooth transition into the role and company.
  • Coordinating probationary reviews between new employees and their managers
  • Preparing and managing HR documents, including employment contracts
  • Supporting with employee event organisation and company communications
  • Supporting with general HR duties and projects as required
  • Providing support to the Talent Acquisition team as required

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience in a customer service or sales-based role OR a HR or Recruitment Administrator role
  • The ability to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner
  • Confident using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • The ability to multi-task, and maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency
  • Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • It is highly beneficial if you have experience or a qualification in Human Resources, or alternatively and Engineering based subject
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – experience in influencing without authority – ability to speak to all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
