HR Consultant – Waste Management Services (Hybrid) needed in Rotherham, £17.79ph PAYE - Reference: 000A 2654 / 1

Hybrid working 3 days per week in the office

Job Details -

• Provide hands-on HR support during a period of organisational change. Focus areas include employee relations, absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases, and supporting operational managers across the Waste Management service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 5–7 active ER cases
• Advise on policy, compliance, and restructures
• Reduce absence rates through OH and manager support
• Engage with trade unions and resolve formal grievances
• Help embed cultural and workforce changes

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
