Job summary

Broadgate seeks an HR Consultant to join a growing People Consultancy team in Glasgow. This hybrid role offers exposure to a diverse client base and the chance to broaden your HR and consultancy skills.

You will provide practical, commercial HR advice across day-to-day HR, employee relations and employment matters, building strong client relationships and contributing to people projects and policy development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR practice, employee relations and employment legislation.
• CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards the qualification.
• Full driving licence and access to a car – essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing advice across day-to-day HR, employee relations and employment matters.
• Building strong and trusted relationships with clients.
• Supporting clients with HR policies, processes and best practice.
• Advising managers on recruitment, people management and employee issues.
• Supporting employee relations and people-related projects.
• Helping businesses develop positive, inclusive and values-led cultures.
• Creating practical HR tools, processes and documentation.
• Supporting the implementation of HR solutions that add genuine value.
• Representing the business at external events and supporting business development activity.
