Job summary

Mission Search is partnering with a boutique HR consultancy to recruit an experienced HR Consultant to manage a portfolio of 20–25 clients. You will provide day-to-day HR and ER support alongside strategic input, acting as a trusted partner to business leaders.

This role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days at home each week, the chance to influence HR strategy across diverse sectors, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive, close-knit team.

We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join their growing team and take ownership of a portfolio of c.20–25 clients. In this role you’ll develop trusted partnerships with business leaders, offering day-to-day HR support through to strategic input, and everything in between.

What you’ll be doing

Providing day-to-day HR and ER advice across a wide variety of sectors and scenarios

• Managing complex ER cases with confidence and commercial awareness
• Supporting clients with policy development and best practice guidance
• Advising on HR strategy, project work and change initiatives
• Building long-term relationships as a trusted business partner and extension of each client’s HR function

About you

• Ideally prior experience working within a HR Consultancy
