Brighton and Hove City Council is seeking a fixed-term HR Consultant to join the HR Advisory Team. The role reports to an HR Manager until 31 January 2028 and focuses on advising council managers, staff and schools on people issues to settle matters early and handle complex employee relations casework.

This post operates on a hybrid basis across directorates and schools, supporting engagement with Brighton and Hove's changing communities.
