Salary: £33,000 – £45,000 (DOE + benefits)

What You’ll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our HR Manager and HR Advisors to deliver outstanding HR support and impactful projects. You’ll:

  • Manage a personal caseload of employee-relations issues
  • Lead on policy reviews and drive process improvements
  • Mentor and support HR Advisors
  • Play a strategic role in improving HR practices across the business

You’ll Bring

Who We’re Looking For

  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and case management
  • Experience with HRIS and HR project delivery
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills

Even Better If You Also Have

  • CIPD Level 7
  • Team leadership experience within HR
  • Exposure to multi-site or complex business environments
  • Familiarity with HR analytics tools or project methodologies
