As an HR Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering trusted employment law advice, practical guidance, and proactive HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients. Acting as a dedicated consultant and trusted partner for several SafeHR accounts, you’ll build strong relationships, understand each client’s unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that help them achieve their business objectives with confidence.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team, where you’ll have the chance to make a real impact, work across a variety of people matters, and help businesses create positive and productive workplaces.

  • Deliver tailored HR solutions, guidance and best practice recommendations to support effective people management across a range of industries.
  • Create, maintain and review legally compliant HR documentation, including contracts, policies, handbooks and employee correspondence.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the HR consultancy service through client engagement, networking, webinars, presentations and thought leadership initiatives.

You’ll be confident supporting a wide range of employee relations and people management matters, building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, and communicating complex information in a clear and professional manner.

You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), or a postgraduate qualification in Law, alongside a passion for delivering excellent client service and helping businesses achieve positive people outcomes.
