As an HR Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering trusted employment law advice, practical guidance, and proactive HR support to a diverse portfolio of clients. Acting as a dedicated consultant and trusted partner for several SafeHR accounts, you’ll build strong relationships, understand each client’s unique needs, and provide tailored solutions that help them achieve their business objectives with confidence.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring experience working in an operational HR, HR Advisory or HR Consultancy environment, with a strong understanding of employment law and a proven ability to provide practical, commercially focused HR advice. You’ll be confident supporting a wide range of employee relations and people management matters, building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, and communicating complex information in a clear and professional manner.
You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), or a postgraduate qualification in Law, alongside a passion for delivering excellent client service and helping businesses achieve positive people outcomes.
We have a hybrid workplace policy, where you will work from the office 3 days per week.
