We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as an HR Consultant in Group Retirement Solutions & Asset Management, to join our HR Business Partnering team reporting to the Head of HR.
Job Type: 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Location: This role can be based at our Midlands, Edinburgh, or London offices, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
Flexible working: All roles are open to part-time, job-share, and other flexible arrangements. We will discuss your preferences during the recruitment process.

Salary and benefits: £40,000 - £45,000 plus 8% bonus (up to 16%), private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension scheme, 12x salary life assurance, flexible working, career breaks, income protection, 3 volunteering days, and more.
HR plays a critical role in supporting the business to deliver the Group strategy and help people secure a life of possibilities. The HR Consultant will provide high-quality, professional generalist support to the Heads of HR and HR Business Partners, working closely with the team to support key initiatives aligned with the People Strategy.
