Job description

HR Co-ordinator - LONDON

A new opportunity has become available for a HR co-ordinator to join and exclusive dental group on the heart of London’s medical district, providing the highest quality dental and facial aesthetic treatments.

Start Date: ASAP

Full time position - Monday - Friday

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience

The ideal candidate will have experience of Agilio software and be comfortable and competent to use across the board to manage rotas, timesheets, absences, cpd and compliance.

Role will also include but not limited to:
Ownership of day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance.
Support with recruitment including curation of job specs, adverts, initial shortlisting and communication during the process
Coordinate performance review cycles, employee feedback processes, and training & development initiatives.
Ensure HR compliance, including policies, contracts, and legal requirements across relevant geographies.
Support employee engagement, culture initiatives, and internal communications.
Other ad-hoc duties which could include reception and phone cover from time to time.

HR experience is essential
