The Ideal Person

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE passes at grade A - C
  • 2 years' experience in administration and managing computerised HR systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

As HR Co-ordinator, you will:

  1. Be responsible for all HR administration
  2. Implement training plans across the organisation
  3. Ensure that all policies, procedures, and forms are accurately saved and maintained
  4. Provide support and advice to line managers regarding HR policies and procedures
  5. Assist with the preparation of Monthly and Year-End Reports
  6. Take minutes during meetings
