Hours: 40 hours excluding breaks, Monday to Friday

The Role Involves:
- Administering employee information input on Success Factors
- Managing attendance and sickness records, reducing short-term absence
- Providing references for employees
- Supporting HR in advising and coaching managers on HR/ER issues
- Assisting in recruitment, interviews, and correspondence
- Participating in school and careers fairs
- Contributing to CSR programmes
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in policies and procedures
- Supporting HR Strategy Plan 5-Pillars
- Facilitating mid-year reviews and appraisals
- Contributing to the employee survey and ethical audits
- Managing site inductions and documentation
- Promoting employee events and participating in Employee Focus Group meetings
- Handling daily correspondence and staff accommodation
- Supporting employee welfare and safety procedures
- Assisting overseas Tier 2 workers with visa extensions and compliance
- Managing disciplinary hearings and investigations
- Overseeing Early Careers initiatives, including placements and apprenticeships
Requirements:
- Relentless drive to succeed
Skills:
- Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience in similar HR environments
- Intermediate or above IT skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to develop and support others
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Experience with recruitment and influencing at all levels
