Hours: 40 hours excluding breaks, Monday to Friday

The Role Involves:
  • Administering employee information input on Success Factors
  • Managing attendance and sickness records, reducing short-term absence
  • Providing references for employees
  • Supporting HR in advising and coaching managers on HR/ER issues
  • Assisting in recruitment, interviews, and correspondence
  • Participating in school and careers fairs
  • Contributing to CSR programmes
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in policies and procedures
  • Supporting HR Strategy Plan 5-Pillars
  • Facilitating mid-year reviews and appraisals
  • Contributing to the employee survey and ethical audits
  • Managing site inductions and documentation
  • Promoting employee events and participating in Employee Focus Group meetings
  • Handling daily correspondence and staff accommodation
  • Supporting employee welfare and safety procedures
  • Assisting overseas Tier 2 workers with visa extensions and compliance
  • Managing disciplinary hearings and investigations
  • Overseeing Early Careers initiatives, including placements and apprenticeships
Requirements:
  • Relentless drive to succeed

Skills:

  • Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience in similar HR environments
  • Intermediate or above IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to develop and support others
