Job summary

Infosys Consulting - Europe is seeking an experienced HR Transformation & HR Cloud Advisory Consultant to lead large-scale HCM cloud initiatives. You will guide clients through transformation, design HR processes, select vendors, and drive innovation across international programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on delivery of HR technology solutions including Oracle HCM Cloud and related tools. International travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in HCM cloud transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in multiple languages.
• Experience with HR processes and HR tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of HCM cloud transformation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align with goals.
• Provide expert guidance on HCM cloud capabilities and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes through design and AI.
• Manage large cloud HCM transformations across multiple countries and modules.
• Design HR IT landscape, vendor selection, readiness assessment and operations model.
