Job summary

A leading UK staffing agency is seeking an experienced HR manager to oversee people management and support business change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, including a strong background in change management and a deep understanding of employment law.   • Degree educated or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of managing people, preferably in an HR environment.

  • Experience of implementing, developing and delivering programmes of change to meet business requirements.
  • Experience of setting, managing, monitoring and delivering against HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In depth understanding of generalist employment law with a particular emphasis on change.
