Next Ventures is seeking an experienced HR Change Manager for a freelance role with our client in the Midlands, UK.
Start Date: January 2025 Location: Midlands, UK Duration: 12 months Travel: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) Hours: Full time first 6 weeks + Go-live / part-time Rate: INSIDE IR35
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the change management strategy including communication plans and training programmes
Deliver training to 40k + employees
Drive Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels
Must Have:
5+ years of Senior Change Management experience
Oracle HRIS/HCMTransformation experience
proven Oracle EBS/Cloud HR Self-Service expertise
HR Change Management strategy development and delivery experience
Nice to have:
Oracle Guided Learning
Oracle Train-the-trainer
Project Coordinator experience
We are looking for someone willing to work full-time for the first 6 weeks of the role + the go-live period, then work part-time 2-3 days a week, onsite.
