The role:

Are you an experienced HR Change professional with a solid understanding of employment law and a track record of delivering organisational change through others?

We’re seeking an Interim HR Change Specialist to support a complex HR transformation programme within a high-profile, secure environment. This role is critical in shaping and delivering contractual and organisational changes in collaboration with line managers and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the implementation of contractual changes in line with employment law and internal policy
  • Guide and support line managers through transformational change initiatives
  • Act as the SME for organisational change, designing tools, templates, and best-practice guidance
  • Engage effectively with trade unions and senior stakeholders
  • Design and deliver change communications, materials, and processes to support employees and managers
  • Ensure smooth adoption of new HR processes, policies, and procedures

Whatthe client is looking for:

  • Active Government Clearance
  • Proven experience in HR change, not business change
  • Strong understanding of employment law and policy
  • Experience managing contractual change implementation
  • Demonstrated success managing transformational change through line managers
  • Skilled in developing tools, templates, and communications to support organisational change
  • Strong stakeholder and trade union engagement skills
  • Experience designing and rolling out HR change processes with line manager involvement

Desirable:

  • TUPE experience
  • CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential)

This role is not suited to candidates with only Business Change experience. We're looking for hands-on HR transformation expertise.
