A leading organisational development firm in Warrington is seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement culture strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and ideally a background in public sector collaboration. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure cultural alignment. Flexibility of 2-3 days work from the office is offered.
Please note: Candidates must hold active BPSS clearance to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a culture development strategy and roadmap
Define and embed organisational values across teams
Design and deliver training programmes to support cultural alignment
Collaborate with supply chain and project management teams to ensure consistent cultural practices
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in organisational development, change management, or HR
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Background in working with public sector or government bodies is a plus
