Our HR Consulting Team provides end to end transformation support to Human Resource Director’s and Chief People Officer’s in the NHS to optimize the value delivered by their Human Resource and Workforce services to improve their contribution to the overall performance of their organization.
As a HR Capability Consultant you will be part of complex and large-scale projects including Payroll, to deliver enhanced value to customers. Supporting with tailoring recommendations to suit client needs, facilitating decision making through collaborative approaches, and encouraging expertise in specific markets or Consulting area.

This role is hybrid role and your contractual location can be at any of our offices based in - London, Manchester, Leeds or Bristol. As with all Consulting roles, some client travel is expected.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role you will support customer relationships, expanding networks, fostering loyalty, and actively contributing to the growth of the Consulting business. You will be responsible and take ownership for specific work-streams (and their outcomes) as part of a consulting team or for the overall management of small projects and their deliverables. To identify and develop consulting opportunities and new projects.
