Job description

HR Business Support Officer

Part time - 30 hours per week

Temporary - until end of June

£17.79 per hour

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a HR Business Support Officer to start ASAP.

You would be assisting and supporting the Director of Workforce & Change and Head of HR to achieve the strategic priorities of the HR Service plan and budget monitoring requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Preparation, monitoring and analysing a range of financial information for HR budgets before the required financial deadlines.
  2. Prepare and present financial management reports to stakeholders.
  3. Assess and resolve operational procedures both verbally and through written correspondence.
  4. Resolve complex logistical problems and deliver a range of outcomes.
  5. Being the first point of contact for a range of stakeholders across the business.

Skills / experience:
  1. Experience in analysing and interpreting financial data.
  2. Excellent communications skills.
  3. Creative problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
