Interim HR Business Process Lead – Financial Services | Workday | EU Experience Required
Location: Hybrid (UK/EU) | Duration: 6 months+ | Start: ASAP
Day Rate: Competitive | Outside IR35

Annapurna is working with a major Financial Services organisation undergoing a significant HR Transformation. We’re looking for an Interim HR Business Process Lead to shape and streamline global HR processes as part of a multi-country Workday implementation.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for mapping and optimising end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with Workday capabilities and regional compliance requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in HR process design and optimisation within complex, regulated environments
  • Experience delivering HR process workstreams as part of a Workday implementation
  • Strong understanding of global HR operating models, with particular experience across EU markets
  • Background in Financial Services is a must
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills at both global and regional levels

This is a delivery-focused interim assignment suited to someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced change environments
