HR Business Partner (TUPE/Change/Re-Orgs) – 18-Month FTC Initially – London – Up to £72,000 + Fantastic Benefits – Hybrid (2 Days in Office)

About the Role:

This is a high-impact role where you'll take the lead on complex organisational changes—including TUPE transfers, restructures, redundancy consultations, and settlement agreements. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, you’ll be a driving force in ensuring these critical processes are managed efficiently and compliantly, in line with best practice and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading end-to-end restructure processes, including redundancy pooling and selection.
  2. Providing expert support and insight on TUPE transitions to ensure compliance and minimal disruption.
  3. Managing redundancy consultations and supporting affected employees with empathy and clarity.
  4. Drafting settlement agreements and overseeing associated legal aspects.
  5. Collaborating on business-wide transformation projects and complex employee relations matters.
  6. Leveraging HR data to identify patterns and deliver meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.

About You:

You're a seasoned HR professional with hands-on experience navigating significant business change, from restructures and TUPE to redundancies. You bring a robust understanding of UK employment law, paired with excellent communication, precision, and the ability to prioritise under pressure. A CIPD qualification would be a strong plus.
