The Role

HR Business Partner – Drive Change, Shape Culture!

Location: Liverpool City Region, must be able to travel between our Head Office in Kensington and Schools in Sefton and Liverpool

Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner

Are you a dynamic and people-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact? We’re seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy across the Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders, drive HR initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture where employees feel valued, engaged, and supported.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees
  • Leading on employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning
  • Supporting change management and organisational development
  • Ensuring HR compliance and legal adherence
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
  • Using HR data and analytics to drive decisions
What We’re Looking For
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
  • 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
  • A strategic thinker with excellent communication skills
  • Experience handling employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach

Qualification Title: CIPD or other appropriate HR qualification or relevant experience at Level 5 (Desirable)
