The Futures Trust is seeking a motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) to enhance the HR function within schools. The successful candidate will build relationships with Trust leaders and provide strategic HR support while managing compliance and development initiatives.

Opportunity
We are looking to appoint an impactful, motivated HRBP to work in a busy trust.
You will have excellent relationship building and influencing skills and will be able to work in partnership with Trust leaders, Headteachers, school leaders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions. You will provide advice, guidance and support to staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across designated schools, whilst managing risk and ensuring statutory compliance.

Salary & Benefits
£38,341 - £45,197 per annum
