HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition)

Wycombe Abbey is seeking an HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition) to lead and support HR functions, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

Contract: Full-time, permanent, with a six-month probation period.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Salary: £33,150 - £41,925 per year, based on experience and skills.
