About the role
As the HR Business Partner for Support Centre, your main focus is to work in partnership with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and HR Centres of Expertise to shape, develop, and deliver People Plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the Halfords Group business.
This role operates as a strategic partner to the business, navigating both tactical and operational challenges to influence the future direction of the business. It requires the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on support, ensuring that people plans are effectively implemented across partnered functions. The role holder will collaborate with other People Business Partners and Centres of Expertise, ensuring consistency in approach and delivery.
