The Role

As a HR Business Partner, you will support the delivery of people strategy (particularly integration of hr policy and practice across 2 large businesses) You'll collaborate closely with the Head of HR to ensure local challenges and opportunities are aligned with broader strategic priorities.

Responsibilities Include

Operational Excellance

  • Leverage AI and HR tech platforms to generate actionable workforce insights.
  • Contribute to HR digital transformation projects that streamline processes and improve employee access.
  • Stay ahead of legislative changes, future skills trends, and regional talent market conditions.

KPI Metrics

  • Retention rates and talent mobility.
  • Performance and capability metrics across leadership teams.
  • Manager satisfaction with HR partnership services.

Key Skills:

  • Understanding of HR business partnering in a multi-site or regional environment.
  • Employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations.
  • Workforce planning and capability-building frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled workforce analytics (desirable).
