HR Business Partner

Rutland

Opportunity to step up into a HR Business Partnering role.

As HR Business Partner reporting to the Senior HRBP you’ll be joining a fast-paced successful food manufacturing business that supplies a great range of products across UK retail.

This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with Line Managers and Senior Leaders where you’ll play a key role in implementing the People Plan throughout the business.

Day to day you’ll coach, influence and challenge key business partners, you’ll lead engagement initiatives, coordinate wellbeing programs, partner with HR specialists to oversee key processes like payroll, talent acquisition, L&D and guide managers through performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. You’ll coordinate employee surveys, help line managers to develop action plans, and drive engagement at every level of the business whilst working closely with L&D teams to build capability and upskill managers.

  • Experience in a fast-paced Food or FMCG manufacturing.
  • The ability to coach, influence and challenge effectively.
  • Strong understanding of business priorities and the role HR plays in driving success.
  • A pragmatic approach to resolving issues and advancing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to extract, analyse, and present data that drives decisions.
  • Competent in handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Proven track record of delivering HR-related projects with tangible business impact.
  • Experience handling disciplinary and grievance processes
