Job description

To lead and coordinate comprehensive HR activities for the Postal Operations team. As an integral member of the Jersey Post Group HR team you will provide Postal Operations Managers with practical support and expertise with a specific focus on sickness absence management, employee wellbeing, recruitment, and employee relations. The successful candidate will also provide HR data analysis insight utilising HR metrics and Postal Operations performance data to drive service improvements, reduce sickness absence and improve employee wellbeing.

This role ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and best practices, while creating new approaches and driving initiatives to improve employee attendance, engagement, and operational effectiveness based on best practice.
