Osborne Clarke is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The role involves partnering with business leaders to implement strategic people plans and enhance performance across HR functions, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and diversity initiatives.
Role profile
We have a great opportunity for someone to join our HR team as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) on a 12 month fixed term contract. This position can be based out of our Bristol or London office, with the flexibility to embrace hybrid working and some travel between our other UK offices needed as required.
In this role as HRBP, you'll work in close partnership with business leaders to ensure the Business Transactions Group implements its strategic people plan and manages its people in a way that meets the current and future needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with key stakeholders, you will provide strategic and operational HR guidance and support to the Practice Group across three UK locations. Your focus is on continually improving the performance of the Practice Group through its people and ensuring alignment with OC's strategy. More specifically you will:
