Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Hybrid (Surrey-based with flexible remote working)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded HR Business Partner to join our client, a fast-growing digital consultancy delivering impactful transformation across the public and private sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy of a mission-driven organisation that thrives on innovation, agility, and collaboration.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and delivery teams to provide strategic and operational HR support. You will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational design.
  • Lead on talent planning, succession, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Support change management and cultural transformation projects.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Champion , equity, and across all people practices.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and L&D teams to ensure seamless employee life cycle experiences.

About You

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a tech-focused professional services or consultancy environment is highly advantageous.
  • Broad HR experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • CIPD qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and hands-on approach.
