Role: HR Business Partner
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £45,000

Your role at a glance
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and understand their teams inside out.
- Use people data and metrics to drive insight and action.
- Provide practical, clear HR advice and coaching across all people matters.
- Manage employee relations cases confidently and in line with best practice.
- Lead and support people initiatives in areas like engagement, retention, and performance.
- Collaborate across the wider People Team to enhance the employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HRBP experience, ideally across multiple sites.
- Strong generalist HR knowledge, including UK employment law.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in using data to drive decisions.
- Skilled in building strong relationships and influencing at all levels.
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
- Driving licence and flexibility to travel across sites.
- Social care experience is a bonus, but not essential.
