Eastlight Community Homes Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join on a permanent, part-time basis, working 15 hours per week. You will provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders, partnering with the business to deliver people-focused solutions and coach managers.
The successful candidate will handle complex employee relations, support organisational change, develop leadership capability through training, and contribute to policy improvements.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join Eastlight Community Homes on a permanent, part-time basis, working 15 hours per week.
You will provide strategic and operational HR support to leaders and managers, partnering with the business to deliver people-focused solutions that support organisational objectives. Working as a trusted adviser, you will coach and influence managers, lead on complex employee relations matters, support organisational change and transformation, and help develop leadership capability through training and coaching. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of people policies, processes and systems.
You will have proven HR Business Partner experience in both strategic and operational environments, including managing complex employee relations cases, supporting organisational change programmes and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of TUPE, organisational design, talent management, succession planning and job evaluation would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator with strong influencing, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice, and equality, diversity and inclusion, together with a collaborative approach and commitment to creating a positive workplace culture. Chartered MCIPD status, or equivalent experience, is essential.
