Job description

Provide advice, guidance, and HR expertise to the Operations line managers in all aspects of employee relations.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading group-wide HR data analysis to identify trends, highlight key metrics, and recommend actions.
  2. Leading the recruitment of all new operational employees, including developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, short-listing, and interviewing candidates.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified.
