HR Business Partner

VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturer based in Belfast, wishing to appoint a HR Business Partner to their growing team.

The Role

This role is a strategic and hands-on People Partner who has a strong focus on HR project execution and driving change initiatives within the organisation.

This role focuses on the design and delivery of high-impact people projects, including performance management transformation, organisational development, restructuring, and initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement.

The Successful Person
  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards).
  • Significant experience working as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Evidence of supporting organisational change, including restructures, redundancy, TUPE, and cultural transformation initiatives.
